How to get back to old Facebook chat
Google chrome
First open your Facebook account then open a NEW TAB by clicking the + button, at the address bar type facebook.com/presence/popout.php then press enter, no need to type the HTTP or WWW.
The old Facebook chat will appear at the left corner of the new tab window.
Click on the STAR at the top right corner (next to address bar)
Click DONE, you have now save the Facebook chat page.
Next time we need to go to the old Facebook chat
Open your Facebook account
Click TOOLS icon at the upper right corner of the window.
Then click BOOKMARK MANAGER
To open it just double click bookmarked page.
