Sikat na pagkain sa Davao

Mga kilalang pagkain sa Davao

Lechon Buwaya
Ito ay sikat dahil ito ay kakaiba.Nabibili ito sa Davao Crocodile Park.Sabi daw nila,Ito ay lasang manok.Imbes na mansanas ang nilalagay sa bibig katulad ng Lechon baboy,buko ang nilalagay sa Lechon Buwaya.

Durian
Sabi daw nila ang Durian "tastes like heaven but smells like hell".Hindi makukompleto ang pagpunta mo sa Davao kung hindi mo ito matitikman.Ang prutas na ito ay sikat dahil ito ay may kakaibang masarap na lasa.Ito rin ay masustansya.

Durian Jam
Ang masarap na Durian Jam ay isa sa mga ipinagmamalaking pagkain ng Dabaw.Pwede mong ipalaman ang Durian Jam sa tinapay para matikman kung gaano kasarap ang Jam na ito.Litrato mula

Durian Candy
Isa ito sa ipinagmamalaki ng Lungsod ng Dabaw ang Durian Candy. Gawa ito sa prutas na Durian na sikat na sikat dito sa Dabaw. Ito ay napakatamis at inyong babalik-balikan kapag natikman nyo ito. Ito ang Cavendish Banana na isa sa pinangungunahang export products sa Dabaw. Lumalaki ito  15 hanggang 25 sentimetro.Litrato mula

Ito ay isa sa mga pinagkakakitaan ng mga Dabawenyo na patok na patok sa panlasa ng mga pinoy. Lahat ng mga taong nakakatikim ng mga ito ay binabalik-balikan ng mga tao lalong-lalo na ng mga turista.

Kinilaw na Tuna
Kinilaw is a popular seafood dish in Davao City. The dish is typically made from fresh, raw Tuna or Swordfish (Malasugi) marinated in vinegar and citrus juices such as lemon or lime, spiced with chili peppers (siling labuyo) and seasoned with ginger, onion, and salt.

Sinuglaw
Sinuglaw is a contraction of the words, Sinugba (Grilled) and Kinilaw. It is a combination of fresh Tuna or Malasugi and grilled pork marinated in vinegar and citrus juices such as lemon or lime, spiced with chili peppers (siling labuyo) and seasoned with ginger, onion, and salt.

Dinuguan is a popular dish in Davao City. It consists of entrails of pork cooked in pork's blood seasoned with vinegar and spices.

Binignit
Binignit or Ginataan in Tagalog is an all-time favorite refreshment in Davao City. It is a combination of several fruits cooked in coconut milk.
