1. Kabuuang katangian ng rehiyon ng Bicol
Kabikulan
Ang Bicol ay isang rehiyon ng Pilipinas na matatagpuan sa timog Luzon. Tinatatawag din itong Rehiyon V. Bikolano at Bikolana ang tawag sa mga tao rito.
Ang mga lalawigan na bumubuo sa rehiyon ay ang mga sumusunod:
• Albay
• Camarines Norte
• Camarines Sur
• Catanduanes
• Masbate
• Sorsogon
Ang Rehiyon V ay isang tangway. Makikita sa mapa na halos napapalibutan ito ng tubig. Dahil dito, ang mga pamayanang malapit sa tubig ay umaasa nang malaki sa pangingisda.
May mga yamang mineral din ang rehiyong ito. Ang paracale sa Camarines Norte ay pangunahing tagapagmina ng ginto at tanso. Minimina rin sa ibang bahagi ng rehiyon angmarmol, pilak, bakal, karbon, chromite, manganese at abaka. Mayaman din ito sa mga magagandang tanawin tulad ng Bulkang Mayon ng Albay.
2. Katangian ng bawat lalawigan sa bicol
Nasa anyong peninsula ang apat na lalawigan; subalit ang Catanduanes at Masbate ay parehong pulo.

3. Topograpiya at klima sa bicol
Kilala ang Rehiyon V sa tawag na Tangway ng Bicol. Makitid na lupain ito sa dulong Timog-silangan ng Luzon na halos napaliligiran ng tubig. Liku-liko ang mga baybayin nito kaya mainam sa pangingisda at paglalayag. Angkop itong pagtayuan ng mga pantalan o daungan tulad sa Tabaco,Albay
May mga kapatagan at lambak ding matatagpuan dito. Mataba ang lupain ng rehiyon ng Bicol dahil maraming bulkan ditotulad ng bundok sa Pilipinas,ang bundok ng Isarog sa Camarines Sur, at Bundok Bulusan sa Sorsogon.
Ang lokasyon ng Bicol ay may malaking epekto sa uri ng klimang nararanasan ng rehin ng Bicol.Ito ay nasa dakong silangan at nakaharap sa Pacific Ocean na pinanggagalingan ng mga bagyong dumarating sa Pilpinas.

4. Hanapbuhay at produkto sa bicol
Pagsasaka: Abaka, niyog, palay, mais, kape, gulay, pinya at pag-aalaga ng hayop
Pangingisda: Lamang tubig
Paggawa: Tsinelas, pamaypay, basket, alpombra, banig, sinturon, palamuti at bag.
Pagmimina: karbon, ginto, bakal, manganese, chromite
